On the 21st of August, we’re hosting another exclusive Polestar drivers event at our HQ in Gothenburg. Just like last year, this will be a day filled with experiences, surprises, and electric performance-related ventures. Together, we will look behind the curtains at the cube, the Polestar Design Studio, and meet the people behind our cars.

Please note: Polestar covers all costs during the event day, travel and accommodation excluded.
For you in the community, we’re offering two people the chance to secure a spot at this event with flights and accommodation included. To participate, all you need to do is guess how many meters/feet of charging cable we store in the Polestar 3 in this image and write a short motivation on why you want to join us at Polestar HQ. Write your answers as a comment to this post, and make sure that you sign up on the interest form (linked above). Submissions close on July, 7th, and the two selected guests will be announced on July, 10th.

Leider ist das eigentlich die Anmeldebestätigung (der Praktikant hat mal wieder zugeschlagen).
Nach dem 09.07. werden die Anmeldungen ausgewertet und dann erhält man eine Bestätigung.

Why do we ask for VIN/Order number?
This event is exclusive for our Polestar customers, either current drivers or customers with a pre-order. We ask you to provide your VIN/Order number to help verify that you are a Polestar customer.
Who will be invited?
We have a total of 120 spots to this event, including +1s. To ensure a good spread of invited customers, guests will be selected based on a number of criteria, including market and tenure as a Polestar driver. The possibility to sign-up closes on the 7th of July and invites will be sent out by mid-July.
Am I guaranteed a spot to this event by signing up?
No, slots to this event are limited and we cannot guarantee everyone an invite.
What is the cost of this event?
The event itself will be fully covered by Polestar, including food and beverages throughout the day. Guests will be responsible to organize and pay for their own accommodation and travel.

It has come to our attention that the wrong confirmation email went out for all languages except English.
We thus need to clarify that at this point we cannot guarantee anyone a spot to the event. The selection will be made by mid-July, after which everyone who signed-up will be notified on if they have received an invite or not.

Währe aber sicher interessant geworden. Ob sie die Stornogebühren übernommen hätten?
Das stimmt schon, aber von mir in Österreich währen es 16 Stunden reine Fahrzeit eine Strecke,
Ladezeit kommt obendrauf. Das ist mir für so ein 1 Tages - Event zu viel.
Hat schon jemand eine verbindliche Zusage?
Wir sind auf der Warteliste, wissen aber nicht an welcher Stelle.

Ich habe auch eine Zusage erhalten, die ich noch bis spätestens zum 31.07. bestätigen muss. Überlege noch
Eine Frage an die letzten Teilnehmer, wo habt ihr in Göteburg übernachtet.,. (Hotel/Ferienwohnung) Gibt es da Empfehlungen die in der Nähe des Headquarters liegen. Würde mich über ein wenig Input freuen

Ich habe mit @Ixam97 im Scandic Göteborg Central übernachtet. Das war gut gelegen, es gab ein Polestar-Kontingent und einen Bustransfer zum HQ. Fußläufig ist ein relativ günstiges Parkhaus in dem man auch preisgünstig laden kann ohne Blockiergebühr. Man kann fußläufig in die Innenstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
Wir waren im selben Hotel wie @DOC und @Ixam97.

Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse ist schon super.
Das Parkhaus kann sogar SEHR günstig sein - sprich kostenlos. Ein- und Ausfahrt werden per Kamera/Kennzeichen abgewickelt. Eigentlich sollte man dann vor der Ausfahrt am Automaten bezahlen (ging bei uns nicht) oder später innerhalb von 24h über’s Internet. Das haben wir verpennt und als wir dann etwas zu spät versucht haben, zu bezahlen, ging es nicht (mehr). Bis heute keine Rechnung bekommen.
Dafür wurden wir von einem „Spezialisten“ so saudumm zugeparkt, dass meine Frau durch die Beifahrertür einsteigen und elfengleich über die Mittelkonsole auf den Fahrersitz klettern musste.
Was etwas schwächt ist die Baustelle vor dem Hotel und Parkhaus, aber wegen ein-zwei Nächten ist das kein Ding. Gehört hat man nichts.
